Membership
Purpose: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the recruitment and retention of members.
Responsibilities:
- Hold meeting of the committee as needed to assure fulfillment of its responsibilities
- Review filled and unfilled classifications of members to identify and recruit members to fill those classifications
- Provide prospective members with information about the privileges and responsibilities of membership in a Rotary Club
- Provide members information about Rotary’s history, objectives, scope, activities, and operation
- Mentor new members
- Assure adequate printed materials are available to support the recruitment of new members
